He not only did a very thorough inspection and tested EVERYTHING inside and outside of my home, but he then took time to explain every picture to me while explaining both the good and questionable. He also gave me step by step instructions and sent me pics and videos showing exactly where the issues were and how to get them resolved. CANCELLATION POLICY
Inspection appointments are firm appointments. Cancellations for any reason must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. All cancellation with less than 24 hours notice incurs a $150 rescheduling fee. No exceptions. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that you, your builder and/or seller are prepared for the inspection at the scheduled time.
